I had a great morning supports GwirForce soul train awards 2011 their event at the Pierhead building in Cardiff Bay. It was a morning characterized by an abundance of positive energy, energy which speaks volumes about the importance and significance of youth volunteering.
Panel of young people aged 16-25 from across Wales is GwirForce, which come together to promote and support volunteering by young people in Wales. Youth leadership partner is the GwirVol Partnership. Young people and volunteering is a powerful combination. I honestly soul train awards 2011 believe that young people are able to improve things. They can make good things happen for themselves, for others, for communities and for their families.

All too often we see, read or hear negative things about children and young people, so it was fantastic to stand on stage and give my support to the public and all the work they GwirForce doing to promote positive images of young people. Then, after a speech by First Minister Carwyn Jones, we watched an inspirational film called Why Not? was profiled young people from across soul train awards 2011 Wales involved in volunteering. soul train awards 2011 Three young people arrived in the film shortlisted for the Young Person Award was Inspiration. The winner was Adam Cousins from Carmarthenshire, and was closely followed by Rob Green and Sarah Picton. There was huge applause for the three in Kenan present the award. "Not to have people volunteer award, but it is good to be recognized," he said. True every word. Congratulations to Adam, Rob and Sarah.
